Hammerstone Builders is seeking a Crew Leader!

Hammerstone Builders is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to oversee day-to-day operations on job sites. In the short term, the focus will be on managing and building the current crew. In the longer term, the Hammerstone Team will be creating an apprenticeship program. The crew leader will help develop this program.

The crew leader will work under a project manager, and will supervise less experienced carpenters.

Education is a valuable part of Hammerstone’s mission, and the crew leader will teach, both on-site in her or his capacity as crew leader working with less experienced employees, and also by helping to teach Hammerstone School courses.

This is a full-time position. Hammerstone is headquartered in Jacksonville, NY; job sites are in various locations within an hour drive of Ithaca.
